Howdy!

I’m Dylan :)

I am a UX and Product Designer who builds digital products and design systems that connect human stories with scalable structures. Over 17 years of experience designing for global audiences have shaped a mindset that blends systems thinking with storytelling to create cohesive, intuitive and emotionally resonant experiences.

Feel free to explore some of my work below.

Booking.com

UEFA Partnership

Led the design of tools to automate property contracting, streamline RFP workflows, and launch a custom property catalogue for UEFA’s 60th anniversary event. Reduced onboarding time from ~24 hours to minutes and created a blueprint for future partnerships.

Booking.com

Property Management App

Unified Booking.com’s partner app across iOS and Android by aligning with the global design system and creating partner-specific extensions. Improved performance, accessibility, and consistency while reducing developer overhead.

SkipTheDishes

Contributed to the foundational UX of SkipTheDishes, optimizing ordering and delivery flows that supported rapid national growth and defined the user experience for Canada’s first food-delivery platform.

How I work

Understand Users

Start with the problem from the user’s perspective. Review data, then sit with real users/partners to see the work in context.

Map the System

Think in flows, dependencies, and scalability. Visualize the ecosystem to find breaks and redundancies.

Prototype and Play

Use low- to mid-fidelity prototypes to get early feedback and de-risk ideas before investing in polish.

Lean into each other

UX is where teams meet. Share work widely, plan roadmaps together, and respect each discipline’s expertise.

Refine and Scale

Design for now and later. Build frameworks and patterns so teams can ship faster—and more consistently.

Measure and Learn

Validate with metrics, beta groups, and qualitative feedback. Monitor outcomes, iterate, and share what we learn.
